Dylan Ratigan Mad as Hell His Epic Network Moment We've got a real problem...this is a mathematical fact. Tens of trillions of dollars are being extracted from the United States of America.
Putting Our Money Where Our Mouth Is After 780 hours of political cable news, 6000 hours of live financial television, 45 cities, 2 national jobs tours, 277,963 signatures to amend The Constitution, 245 pages of book and a promotion tour for Greedy Bastards, I was exhausted.
Im Mad As Hell How About You Yesterday, on TV, I exploded. I spent two minutes giving a primal yell at our political system, demanding the extraction of our money and dignity end. It was my most heartfelt and emotional moment on television, ever.

I would argue “Choice” is the crux of Democracy. Free markets require and inspire choice, not government funded and produced mandates. Socialism is the inevitable result of government interference in free markets. The US government is too big and we are moving closer to Socialism every time the federal government dictates what local communities must do, Healthcare and street signs are two recent examples. I choose to fight Socialist policies and return to Adam Smith’s view of economics. The Wealth of Nations (invisible hand, justice, mortality) was very clear and helped form the US economic policies in 1776 that made our country the envy of the world.
Government unions are destroying our Democracy by forcing the taxpayers to fund them. US Soldiers make $22K a year, we need to peg all US government pay to that scale. SEIU blackmailers need to be shut down!
I totally agree. However with the cost of higher education compared to the rest of the world, how can we continue to compete? There needs to be a 180 degree turn around in the way this country looks at its business model and educational objectives. The middle class is rapidly shrinking and their buying power is going down with it. If we as a nation are going to compete, let alone survive, then a radical look at how big business and government (local to Federal) acts in relationship to its citizens is changed now and in a big way, the prospects of the US being the super power is just a dream away.
